Here are some quilts posted recently by wonderful quilters on our 24 Blocks Facebook page. As the sun sets we hope they give you good thoughts about future patterns or projects you may want to try.
This beautiful baby quilt was designed by Georgia Sadler for an online contest. She writes, “I think the designing has become my favorite part. I’m also a person who likes the challenges. This quilt was inspired by the multicolor print fabric I used.” As one of the commenters on Georgia’s post said, “You inspire a lot of us!” We agree!
This beauty was made by Susie Butcher. She did the basic design but used block patterns from various books. She calls it “Birds Around a Feathered Star”. Notice the wonderful birds in the inner border. It’s beautiful!
While it’s been tempting to hole this darling quilt made by Cleo Lowery for an upcoming “Caterday”, it’s time to let everyone see how charming it is. Cleo writes that she made it for her Great Granddaughter. The soft shades of yellow and grey were chosen by her Granddaughter. We love the sweet baby kitty appliqued in the center. It’s all so sweet.
Thank you Cleo, Susie and Georgia for sharing your quilts with us all. Happy Quilting!
