Sometimes it’s nice to wake up to quilts with shades of yellow. We hope you enjoy this group of featured quilts. All are from our readers. We celebrate all quilters…and quilts that are as bold and as bright as the new morning’s sun.
Thanks go to Susan, Donna, Swapna and Kirsten for sharing these photos of their work.
from: Susan Youngkin: “Tennessee Waltz Quilt just back from the longarmer.”
from: Donna Johnston: “My pineapple quilt which was given to my Granddaughter Ally for her 13th birthday.”
from: Swapna Mirza: “I made this patchwork quilt for my youngest daughter. I got the center design from the web and I came up with the bordering design myself. I don’t know who made the design but I liked it so much that I decided to make one . It took three months to complete.”
from: Kirsten Parris: “This patchwork quilt was pieced last year and will be a summer project. I will hand quilt it on an 18″ hoop. I cannot wait to see this finished. I love fall colors.”
