Quilting is an art that inspires! It’s such a joy to wake up and see photos of fantastic quilts that have been shared with our 24 Blocks community! Here are just a few!
from: Alice McCombs: “Finally finished this quilt top after many mornings of piecing and seam ripping and re-sewing. It’s 41 X 53. The ‘Y’ block design is from Kathy Klassen; I added a few tumbling blocks in for interest. I’m calling it ‘ymi blue’. Hope to get it quilted in time for an October quilt show.”
from: Linda Deis: “This is a Prairie Skies Quilting Fun & Done pattern called Feathered Star. It is a quilt-as-you-go pattern. I made it several years for my grandson who, at the time, was eight years old. His Mom wanted him to have a quilt he would like to use through his teen years. He wanted Star Wars. This pattern reminded me of the stars flying by that was a standard in any Star Wars movie. He still has it and it is still in use.”
from: Loralee Ruzicka: “A variation on Drunkards Path that I made for my sister.”
