School and Team Pride as Seen in Quilts

Quilts capture happiness in so many ways. We use them as gifts for special occasions and to mark interests. Sometimes we send a quilt along with a son or daughter or grandchild who’s going off to college. Sometimes we mark graduation with a quilt. Sometimes we show our sports allegiance with a quilt, or we make one for someone we know just loves a certain team. We celebrate championships or, maybe, just “there’s always next year”. We have fun with all of it.

Here are some quilts shared with us by our readers that do those things. We know they all were made and given with smiles.

Thanks go to Karen, Barbara, Michelle and everyone else who has shared an enjoyment of school or team spirit as shown in quilting.
